CONTACT + PRIVACY

Share only what the conversation needs.

Index Forward uses the details you provide to respond to your Pioneer inquiry and manage the resulting conversation. Name, email and message are required; any optional topic helps route your question. Contact messages are stored in this website’s VioletCMS inbox on AWS infrastructure in the United States and are accessible to its authorized administrators. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, and no automatic visitor acknowledgment email is sent. Unconverted inquiries are reviewed and deleted manually after 90 days; deletion is not automatic. Records needed for an ongoing relationship or recordkeeping may be retained longer. Deleted information may remain in protected recovery backups. Backup deletion is managed separately and is not immediate. The existing off-host backup lifecycle expires current objects after 30 days and noncurrent versions after a further 30 days; local recovery copies are handled by authorized operators. Use this contact form or email team@indexforward.com to request access, correction or deletion. Please do not send passwords, payment information, confidential datasets or other sensitive information.
An initial conversation needs only enough context to understand your question. Keep credentials, customer datasets and confidential source out of your message.
Email remains an alternative contact method and is handled through your email provider and the existing company channel.
