Getting Started

Use this path to move from a clean checkout to a verified first conversation and a small deterministic Pioneer Flow.

1. Install the development build.
2. Start Pioneer and verify the selected profile.
3. Complete first-run setup.
4. Send your first Chat.
5. Build, save, and run your first Flow.

The current repository build is Windows-first. The browser interface is the normal development surface; the optional Tauri shell is not required.

Keep the evidence boundaries visible

A configured provider is not proof that it is reachable. A saved Flow has not necessarily run. A completed run is not automatically proof that its output is correct. The walkthroughs point to the evidence for each step.
